Shipping & Returns

USPS is experiencing major delays and unprecedented volume increases at this time. We are shipping as normal, but USPS is often delaying packages in transit. Nearly all orders are delivering, USPS is just taking longer than normal and some packages are not scanning until the day of delivery. 

Shipping Details

  • We know that shopping online is an exciting experience and that we all want to get our goodies as quickly as possible, so we strive to provide that experience to all of our customers.
  • All orders will be processed within 24 hours of purchase during weekdays, and 48 hours during weekend.
  • All items will ship within 1-3 business days from purchase, EXCLUDING any pre-orders.
  • Purchases over $30 (excluding sale items and shoes) shipped within the US will receive free shipping with the code FREESHIPPING at checkout. Please make sure to use this code to obtain free shipping! We cannot go back and alter the order once it has been processed. 
  • Orders are shipped out of Andalusia, AL. Please do not email us about when your order will ship unless it has been over 5 business days as this only delays us processing orders. 

Shipping Policy

  • If your package is lost in transit, please send us an email or inquire through the contact us page on the website so that we can file a claim for the package. Once the investigation is complete and your package cannot be located, we will replace your items. If they happen to no longer be available, we will reship the items to you. If they are no longer available, we will refund you for your order. USPS packages must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.
  • Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms the delivery of a package, we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier directly to locate the package. 
  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.

Returns (Effective 3.24.21, orders returned prior to 3.24 will still go off of previous policy)

  • We hope that you LOVE all of your purchases for Sadie's! However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Purchases are eligible for store credit only if returned within 7 days of receipt of the item. After this time frame, your item will no longer be eligible for return. 
  • Items purchased at a discount of 25% or greater, items listed in the SALE category, accessories, bodysuits (due to hygiene reasons), swimwear, beauty items, gift cards, and custom items are NOT eligible for a return. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. No makeup stains, deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kinda will be accepted. Tags must also still be attached. 
  • Please include the order number when returning. Order number can be found in order confirmation email, or on the label on the package you received the item from us in. 
  • To return an item, please make sure that it is eligible from the list above and then scroll down to the "Return Instructions" sections to complete the return. You do not need to notify us beforehand!
  • We have the right to refuse a return if it does not meet above standards.

Return Instructions

  • To return your product, you must mail your product to: 111 South Cotton Street, Andalusia AL. 36420, United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. 
  • You do not need to contact us prior to shipping a return.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 3-5 business days to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
  • Following return approval, your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be issued to you via email. 

Sale items 

  • All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 


  • If available, we will exchange for different sizes.

Damaged Items

  • Damaged items must be reported within two days of receipt of your order. Please email us at and forward photos of any defects.
  • Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
